Still Has Places To Ride

Comment
The property that Weyerhauser owns in this area has been shut down to recreational ATV riding. ATVs can only be used for hunting during the hunting season. This is a tragedy, but there is still areas you get to from Broken Bow in the Ouachita National Forest you can still ride. Be sure to check out the Ouachita Nation Forest listing. This area has tons of places you can stay including camping and cabins with miles and miles of trails with incredible scenery. You can look at the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce for links to the ATVing possibilities.
Update- About 15 miles North of Broken Bow there is a "trail head" to start from. All of these "trails" are logging roads which you can ride. There are no "trails" to ride anymore, and you can't get off the logging roads or you will get a ticket. We will be uploading a scanned map of these areas which you can get at the forest headquarters North of Broken Bow
