Uploading Photos

Now that you have created your album and set the properties for that album, it is time to upload the photos.

To upload photos you will need to click on Upload File on the top menu of the photo application.  Once you do you will see the above screen. You can browse to files on your computer or put in the URLs of photos to upload on the site.  Once you are finished click the Continue button.  Remember that your files cannot be more than 5MB each.

Place Your Photos

Once you hit Continue you will see this screen for every photo you uploaded.  The most important thing to note is you MUST choose an album in which to put the photo. When you use the drop-down menu, you will see all of the albums you have in which you can place your photos.  At the very top of the list you will see your personal albums and then you will see all of the public site albums you can use for your photos.  You will also want to enter a title and you can also put in a description. The keyword works the same as in the album keywords we discussed above.  Whatever you place here the site will search for matching keywords when someone clicks on the keyword. Once you place all the photos you uploaded, you are finished. You can always go back and modify your albums and photos later.
