Utah- Fishlake NF's Beaver Ranger District To Host Open House for 2012 Travel Maps
The Beaver Ranger District is hosting an Open House from 1:00 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 30, 2012, to provide an opportunity to discuss and pick up the Fishlake National Forest 2012 Travel Maps, which are now available at the Beaver Ranger District Office.
The public is welcome to stop by, ask questions and pick up a map. The maps are free and specify which routes are open to ATVs, Side-by-side UTVs and Passenger Vehicles.
Additional recreation information is also included on the maps including non-motorized trails and the location of developed recreation sites such as campgrounds, trailheads and picnic areas. The Open House will take place at the Beaver Ranger District Office located at 575 South Main Street in Beaver, Utah.
The new maps replace the outdated version of the Travel Map. Forest users are encouraged to pick up copies of the new map.
For additional information, please contact Amy Barker, Beaver District Ranger, at 435-438-2436.
Thanks in advance and, as always, please call or email with questions or concerns.
