It sure seems like there are handfuls of tire manufacturers making UTV tires these days, but it is really confidence-inspiring when a huge tire manufacturer like Toyo gets into the smaller Powersports market. Sure, you could have adapted an automotive-based Toyo tire to use on your UTV in the past, but now they have a purpose-built tire that is made to take on harsh terrains that UTVs can tackle.

Some news came out a month or more ago about ROXOR Offroad releasing an automatic transmission version of the ROXOR called a ROXOR A/T. We have been pretty quiet about ROXOR since it was released, but that doesn't mean we are not interested in the vehicle, because we are very interested in the vehicle. The fact is the ROXOR fits into the "UTV/SxS" category, but it is a different animal all together. It uses a

ATV safety is one of those things many people don't think about until something bad happens. This is particularly true when it comes time for kids and ATVs. Let's think about being proactive on this issue and keep ATV and UTV riders safe! Take a course and have those in your charge take a course!
It seems everyone that makes vehicles is looking towards the off-road industry, and particularly towards electric off-road vehicles. It turns out Volkswagen is no exception as it has introduced the ID. Buggy concept off-road vehicle. It is cool looking, though we are not sure how much of a true "off-road" vehicle it really is. The ID. Buggy is considered a dune buggy of sorts,

What is going on with all of the major truck manufacturers this year?! Are they trying to make it even more difficult for us to decide which HD truck to buy for all of our towing and hauling needs? If that's their goal, they are doing a great job because each of the Big 3 manufacturers have new or significantly revised HD trucks for the 2020 model year. Chevy's new HD could be regarded as the boldest update yet – what do you think?!

There has been a bunch of speculative talk as to what Textron plans to do with Arctic Cat, and now all off road vehicles from Arctic Cat will be Textron Off Road. There is the Textron Off Road Wildcat, Altera, Prowler,
Look at what we picked up in the last couple of days. It has eight...yes...eight wheels, is amphibious, can hold six people, and is for extreme terrain. Yep...it is 2017 ARGO XTV, and yes... it is for us to test the next couple of months. For years we have heard about ARGOs, including how they have a go-anywhere attitude including your nearest body of water. We can say that our first test ride was an eye-opening
It seems like many companies from Can-Am to Polaris are partnering with racing teams to promote their machines. Textron Off Road can now be added to the list as it is now Joe Gibbs Racing MX (JGRMX) team’s official utility vehicle brand. JGRMX will use a fleet of Textron Off Road Stampede 4x4s to assist in rider transportation, track maintenance, and whatever else is needed while traveling throughout North America. The Stampede has plenty of power to tackle any job that JGR throws its way, so much storage space, there is plenty of room to store all of their tools and equipment.
Up to now we have not spent any time covering ARGO, but there hasn't been a particular reason for that. Though ARGO doesn't make a traditional "ATV or side-by-side", they do make a XTV aka Xtreme Terrain Vehicle with six or eight wheels, which is pretty darn cool! ARGO's are called XTV's for a reason: they work on land AND water. People don't just use these eight-wheeled beasts to tackle tough terrain,
